RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Replacements due to damage are done on a case-by-case basis and are handled differently depending on if the product is handmade or print-on-demand (POD).
Print-On-Demand Products
All POD products are handled by the manufacturer and you must CONTACT ME within 14 days of receiving your item if there is an issue. Items will not be refunded due to changing your mind, ordering an incorrect size or inputting an incorrect address so please refer to sizing details and verify your information is correct before placing your order.
If an error occurs on behalf of the manufacturer (a damaged/incorrect item) or a product is damaged/lost in the mail, a replacement will be sent to you after supplying a detailed description of the damage/issue and providing photographs, if applicable.

Issues that arise due to negligence on behalf of the courier will need to be handled directly with the courier. FOX+HEART nor our manufacturer is not liable for items left at incorrect addresses, left in unexpected locations and/or stolen deliveries.
Handmade Products
